Apple Pie Oatmeal Bread

Vegan, Gluten Free, Oil Free, Nut Free 

Ingredients:

Dry – 

2 cups oats (use old fashion / rolled; & GF if needed)

1 cup coconut sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda 

2 tsp apple pie spice 

pinch of salt 

Wet – 

1 cup apple sauce 

1 tbsp vanilla extract 

Mix into dry ingredients until just combined

Stir in 1 diced apple 

Pour into a lined loaf pan; bake at 350Fx 45-55 min

First in a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients

Then add the wet ingredients 

Stir until just combined (don’t over mix)

Pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper

Bake at 350F for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean

Let cool on a cooling rack
