Cream “Cheeze” Frosting

Vegan, gluten free, oil free, nut free
Ingredients:
1 block firm tofu (pressed)
½ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth.
