Gruyere Cheeze

Vegan, Gluten-free, Nut-Free, Oil Free 


1 cup water 

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 

2 tbsp tahini 

2 tbsp oats (GF if needed)

4 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion salt

Pinch of salt 

Optional: 1 shallot, minced 

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender (or food processor) and blend until smooth 

Serve right away as a dip or use as a spread on sandwiches/burgers, or place in the fridge to chill and allow the ‘cheeze’ to firm up 
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
