Basic Chia Seed Pudding

by: Ashley Shapiro Vegan, Gluten-free, Oil-free  Ingredients:  3 tbsp chia seeds  1 tbsp maple syrup  1 cup non-dairy milk  ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract  In a mason jar (or any container with a tight lid) mix all the ingredients  Place in the refrigerator overnight Top with your favorite fruit, nuts, seeds, nut-butter, etc.
