Hey, I’m Becky LaChance! I’m a registered nurse, personal trainer, marathon runner, wellness blogger, and dog mom living in Southern California.
I grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Western CT State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2011. I moved to California a few years later and fell in love with health and ﬁtness. In February 2016 I ran my ﬁrst marathon, which led me to running 6 more. After living in California for a few years, I decided it was time to study to become a personal trainer. In November 2017, I become certiﬁed through NASM as a personal trainer to help others reach their health and ﬁtness goals. In March 2018, I left my job as a nurse in the ICU to pursue personal training and social media full time. I created the healthy lifestyle blog, Becks Lives Healthy, for people to ﬁnd ﬁtness and running tips, recipes, lifestyle posts, and personal training services. Last year I launched my ﬁtness guide, MOVE WITH STRENGTH, which is an 8-week functional strength training program for runners.
I teach a variety of workouts using weights, body weight, resistance bands, sliders, and more! You will leave my classes feeling strong, empowered, and ready to take on the day! My workouts are challenging, fast- paced, and fun. I am super passionate about showing others that my approach to health and ﬁtness is realistic and attainable. I can’t wait to work out with you all!
