Hi, I'm Gina, and I'm so excited that you've joined the Fit Revolution family. I'm a mom, fitness instructor, blogger, freelancer writer, and published author, living in Tucson, AZ. I have a strong dance background and started teaching fitness and personal training in 2008. With my pilot husband, we've moved all over the country. Fitness has been such a great way to find community wherever we are and I'm thrilled to connect with you here at Fit Revolution.
I'm a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor, and am also certified through Les Mills BODYPUMP, 200-hr RYT yoga, Schwinn cycling, and Barre Body. I've also trained extensively in prenatal and postpartum fitness. I love helping mamas build back their strength and fitness levels as safely and effectively as possible! Random fact: I taught at a health resort for years and had to teach so many different types of classes, from aqua fitness and stretch, to bootcamp, dance cardio, and drumming! For this reason, you'll see a mix of different formats on my page, with an emphasis on HIIT and barre (two of my faves!).
I'm all about making fitness a fun and sustainable part of life. My classes are designed to leave you sweaty, feeling accomplished, and ready to tackle the rest of the day.
