I'm Ashley Pitt, and I'm a mom, group fitness instructor and wellness blogger living in the East Bay of San Francisco. I've been teaching fitness classes for more than 10 years, since leaving behind a desk job in the corporate world. Group fitness changed my life, and I think that movement can do the same for anyone.
I'm a NASM certified personal trainer, a Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK and CXWORX instructor, as well as a POP Pilates and barre instructor and a certified Precision Nutrition Coach. I’ve taught classes at national chains like Orangetheory Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness, and I was also a personal trainer at Equinox. In addition to teaching fitness classes, I'm also the creator of the healthy lifestyle blog, A Lady Goes West, which I started after moving from Florida to California several years ago.
As a mom and wife, I’m all about living a healthy life with no extremes. And my classes are fast-paced, fun and intense, but always friendly to your body.
I teach a variety of formats, including full-body barre, strength, recovery, and even bodyweight classes, and you won’t need much equipment. I can’t wait to work out with you!
