Post Workout Purple Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup non dairy milk
1 scoop/serving vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp almond/peanut butter
1 handful dark leafy greens (spinach or kale)
1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries)
½ cup frozen riced cauliflower
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a blender in the order listed
Blend until smooth
Serve in a bowl or a cup
Optional toppings: additional nut butter, granola, hemp seeds, bee pollen, chia seeds, dried or fresh fruit.
