Pumpkin Mug Cake

Vegan, Oil-free, Nut-free

Ingredients: 

4 tbsp whole wheat flour

2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (vegan)

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

3 tbsp non-dairy milk

½ tsp vanilla 

Mix ingredients until combine in a large mug *don’t over mix 

Microwave for 2 ½ minutes

Top with vegan whipped cream, vegan ice cream, or chocolate chips and peanut butter.
