Red Bean Burgers

Vegan 

Ingredients: 

1 can red beans 

1 tsp onion salt

½ tsp garlic powder 

3 tbsp vegan worcestershire sauce 

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil 

½ cup oats

½ cup breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned bread crumbs work great here!)

Salt/Pepper to taste 

Preheat oven to 375F

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender 

Use ¼ cup to scoop out equal portions of the mixture

Form into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 10 minutes, flip each patty, and bake for another 10 minutes
