Single Serve Instant Pot Oats

Vegan, GF optional 

Ingredients: 

½ cup oats

1 cup nondairy milk

1 cup water 

Optional: 

Sweeteners 

chia/flax seed

cinnamon/vanilla

Dried fruit 

Pour 1 cup of water into the instant pot, then place the trivet in the instant pot

Place all ingredients into a microwave/oven safe bowl, stir well 

Place the bowl onto the trivet in the instant pot

Close the lid, set to pressure cook for 4 minutes

Allow the pressure to release gradually or do quick release if you’re in a rush

Top with your favorite fruits, nuts/seeds, nut-butter, or maple syrup
