Small Batch, Salted Caramel Freezer Fudge

Vegan, Gluten Free, nut free option

Ingredients: 

½ cup nut butter or nut free butter 

1 tbsp maple syrup 

2 tbsp coconut oil 

Optional: melted caramels, flakey sea salt 

Place all ingredients into a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring after each 30 seconds, until smooth 

Pour into a small dish lined with parchment paper 

Sprinkle with sea salt

Freeze for at least 2 hrs
