Snickers Stuffed Dates

Vegan, Gluten Free, Oil Free
Ingredients:
Medjool dates
Peanut butter/almond butter (thick, not drippy)
Dark chocolate for melting
Sea salt
Directions:
- Slice the dates lengthwise, remove the pit
- Stuff with a spoonful of peanut/almond butter
- Melt chocolate in the microwave for 30 second increments, stirring after every 30 seconds until melted
- Drizzle dates with chocolate
- Sprinkle with sea salt (and optional crushed peanuts)
- Refrigerate to set and store
